What documents are required for company registration?
- A copy of the ID card of the shareholders (at least 3 shareholders)
- A copy of the first page of the house registration showing the office address (the page with the house number)
- A company location map
- In case of VAT registration, additional documents are required:
- A consent letter to use the premises
- A copy of the ID card and house registration of the property owner
- A copy of the land title deed of the office location
*The person giving consent must be the legal owner of the land and buildings used as the office premises

1. Fill Out the Questionnaire
The client fills out basic information for company registration to ensure that the team can proceed with the process correctly and completely
2. Reserve Your
Company Name
The team will reserve the company name via DBD’s website to ensure that the selected name is available
3. Prepare Documents
The team will prepare all registration documents and send them to the company directors for verification and signature
4. Register the Company
The team will submit the completed registration documents to DBD and return the finalized registration documents to the client
