Scope of monthly accounting services
- Analyze documentation for recording income, expenses, account adjustments, and various financial reports in compliance with accounting laws and regulations set by the Revenue Department
- Record transactions in the purchase journal, sales journal, cash receipts journal, cash payments journal, and the general journal (the 5 books as required by law) using accounting software that complies with the standards set by the Revenue Department
- Prepare quarterly profit and loss statements for management to assist in tax planning
- Provide advice and consultation on taxation and basic document management for accounting records
- Prepare and submit monthly withholding tax returns (Form P.N.D. 1, P.N.D. 3, P.N.D. 53)
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Form P.P. 30, P.P. 36)
- Prepare monthly purchase and sales tax reports
- Prepare social security forms and submit them to the Social Security Office on behalf of the client
- Prepare the asset register for the company
- Prepare the half-year corporate income tax return (Form P.N.D. 51) and annual corporate income tax return (Form P.N.D. 50) in accordance with the Revenue Code
- Prepare the annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, statement of changes in shareholders' equity, and notes to the financial statements, for submission to the Department of Business Development and the Revenue Department
